Returns & Refund Policy

 
We hope that you love your Rhe Amore products, but if for any reason there are any issues then please contact us via our form on the website or send an email to rheanna@rheamore.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.


If you want to return or exchange an item 
Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery via our email address rheanna@rheamore.co.uk.

Once we have received your email and provided a confirmation email, the item will need to be returned to us within 14 days of this email date.We will provide you with the return address via email.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, to ensure the item reaches us - as we are not liable to provide a refund if the item does not reach us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being sent back in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Unfortunately personalised or custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that the original postage paid to send the item to you is non refundable.

Once we have received and inspected your item back, we aim to issue a refund or process the exchange within 5 working days of receiving your return. This will all be communicated with you via email. Your refund will be processed back to the original payment methods, which will appear within a few amount of days, depending on your payment merchant. 

Cancellations
Unfortunately as we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, we are not able to accept cancellations.

Sale items
Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
