About Us

We are a female owned business, based on the Isle of Wight (right off the south coast of the UK).

It all started back in 2018, when Rheanna was looking for a gift for her mum and struggled to find a British made bag in a colour she liked for an affordable price.

Our brand has been seen in The Times, The Telegraph, John Lewis, Battersea Power Station and we are now stocked in some amazing independent shops all over the UK.

We work directly with tanneries in Europe & the UK to source the best Full Grain & Top Grain leathers. All of our leather comes from tanneries that have been independently audited & accredited Gold or Silver by the Leather Working Group.

We also source one off leathers that were either samples or leftover from production for big companies. 

All of our packaging is fully recyclable, compostable & biodegradable - including the postage label which is coated with vitamin c.

All of our products are handmade to order. We aim to make & ship your order within 2 working days of the order date.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail and postage prices can be found below. 

Royal Mail 2nd Class - £3.00
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - £9.50

We offer free UK delivery on all order over £40, all of these orders are sent via Tracked 48 and this is automatically applied at the checkout page.

There is the option to also upgrade if you require your order to arrive quicker. 

We hope that you love your Rhe Amore products, but if for any reason there are any issues then please contact us via our form on the website or send an email to rheanna@rheamore.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery & then return the item within the next 14 days to be eligible for a return. 

The item must be sent back to us in its original condition & packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible to provide a refund if the item does not arrive back with us. 

Original postage costs are also non-refundable. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any personalised items, due to the custom nature of the product. Sale items are also not eligible for returns. 

Due to the way we work, we are unable to accept cancellations.

We can offer personalisation on most of our products. There will be a text box on the product page which allows you to enter in the desired personalisation.

Please note there are character limits on certain products, due to the size of the item and fitting the text on. 

There are certain metallic leathers that we are not able to personalise, due to the colour of the foil blending into the leather - meaning the personalisation is not visible.

Personalised items are not available for returns/refunds, due to the custom nature of the product, so please make sure to take care when entering the characters to ensure it is stamped as intended. 

Leather is a natural material, so it will need to be treated with care. Please avoid getting it wet, as this may cause some colour to run (if you get it soaked & it is a darker colour).

If your product does get wet, then run a dry cloth/towel over the item to remove the liquid and leave to air dry. Do not leave in the sun or use a hair dryer as this may cause the colour to fade. 

When you are not using your bag, then we would recommend leaving it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. This will ensure that no fading occurs to the colour. 

Our metallic & hair on hide leathers are the most delicate and require a little extra care when using. We would recommend these are more occasion bags, as opposed to everyday. The shine may soften & dull over time, as the leather is printed with a foil to achieve this effect. 

A few days after your order has been shipped your will receive an email asking you to leave a review. If you are happy with your order we would be really grateful if you could take the time to leave us review. These mean so much to us as a small business and help other customers see first hand comments about the items.
