Returns & Refund Policy

We hope that you love your Rhe Amore products, but if for any reason there are any issues then please contact us via email - rheanna@rheamore.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns Process

  1. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with packaging intact. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  2. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  3. Personalised or custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  4. Please note that the original postage paid to send the item to you is non refundable.
  5. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. As we are not liable to provide a refund if the item does not reach us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. Once we have received and inspected your item back, we aim to issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving your return.
  7. Your refund will be processed back to the original payment methods, which will appear within a few amount of days, depending on your payment merchant. 

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival - you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please email us at rheanna@rheamore.co.uk with details and photos of the fault.

Missing items

Please make sure to check your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within 3 working days of delivery if anything is missing. We are unable to resend any missing items if we are notified after this date.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our direct control.

If your order is delayed in transit, we will assist in tracking it with the courier.

If the parcel cannot be located within a reasonable time, we will offer a replacement or refund.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds on Promotional Orders

If you return items purchased with a discount code, gift card, or free-delivery threshold. Your refund will be adjusted to reflect the revised order total.

If returning part of an order brings your total below the £40 free delivery threshold, delivery charges may be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
