Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when it has been dispatched.

Delivery Options & Costs

We currently offer the following shipping options (UK mainland only):

- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class: £3.00 - delivery in 2–3 working days after dispatch.

- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £5.50 - delivery in 1–2 working days after dispatch.

- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special by 1pm): £9.50 - delivery 1 working day after dispatch.

Free UK Delivery: Available on orders over £40 (after discounts, before delivery charges).

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the EU, or international addresses.

Orders placed to unsupported locations may be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can also track your order via your account at www.rheamore.co.uk.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, strikes, weather events, or other courier-related disruptions.

Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address provided.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your courier may leave a delivery attempt note with re-delivery or collection details.

Please use your tracking link to rearrange delivery directly with the courier if needed.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are missing or damaged, contact us at hello@rheamore.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy
